Alexander has further training in cognitive behavioral therapy from the Norwegian Council for the Study of Behavioral Therapy (NFKT), and also integrates elements from psychodynamic and existential therapy. The approach is adapted to the individual's needs, with an emphasis on you as a patient experiencing the treatment as meaningful and helpful for you and your situation.
