I work with adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, life transitions and integration of significant or non-ordinary experiences. I draw inspiration from emotion-focused therapy and Internal Family Systems. I offer therapy in Norwegian and English, daytime and evening.

I want to create a space that is warm, open-minded and safe to unfold in, a space where you are not alone in what you encounter. I seek to understand, while recognizing you as the expert on your own life.

I also like to challenge and explore, carefully, always checking in along the way: is this okay for you? I believe that what you need to move through what feels stuck is already within you.

My role is primarily to support and guide you through this process, rather than to give you all the answers. I believe that change doesn't just happen through conversation, but also through the body, relationships, and the way we live our lives.

I came to this work later than most. I became a psychologist at forty, after a reckoning with my own history at twenty led me to choose a long process of self-development through meditation, yoga, contemplative traditions and psychotherapy.

This foundation continues to shape my practice today. I draw inspiration from emotion-focused therapy and Internal Family Systems, working with adults on anxiety, depression, life transitions, and integration of significant or non-ordinary experiences, including psychedelic, meditative, or spontaneously occurring states.

I am originally from the UK, completed my education in Norway and offer therapy in Norwegian and English during the day and evening.
