Ida is an experienced psychologist with specialization in intensive dynamic short-term therapy (ISTDP), trauma therapy (EMDR), ketamine-assisted therapy and PRT (pain reduction therapy).

Ida has extensive experience as a psychologist and several further educations. She specializes in the therapy form ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy), an engaging and targeted approach for a wide range of ailments. She is trained in EMDR, a recognized method for processing traumatic memories. In addition, she can assist you through a ketamine treatment in collaboration with the Axon clinic. She can also help you overcome pain conditions with the help of PRT, a new and potentially effective short-term therapy for pain. 

Ida is committed to creating a safe therapy space where you collaborate to create change. She will help you increase your capacity to tolerate and regulate emotions, become more aware of why you react and act the way you do, and create positive, lasting changes in your everyday life. 

She has experience in treating, among other things, trauma, depression, social anxiety, panic disorder, self-image problems, overthinking, relationship difficulties, breakups, complicated grief and addiction.

In addition to clinical work, she has worked for many years as a psychology editor and writer. Her educational background is broad, including art and literature studies. 

Ida usually works Tuesday to Friday and some evenings.
