Kristina is an experienced psychologist with special expertise in therapy for adults. She adapts her approach to each individual, based on their unique challenges and needs. She uses various methods such as emotion-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-sensitive approach, mindfulness-based interventions and psychoeducational techniques. With her broad experience, Kristina accepts clients who have everything from milder ailments to more complex challenges.

Martin Langvik Eilertsen

Martin is a specialist in psychology with specialization in psychodynamic therapy. This is a direction of therapy that emphasizes insight, unconscious processes, emotions and imagination as important elements in the treatment. Often this can be helpful if you feel "stuck" and that other, more concrete approaches have not led.

Daniel Gunstveit

Daniel Gunstveit

Daniel has completed a three-year further education in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and enjoys working with all forms of thoughts and feelings. The focus and approach will be adapted to the individual, regardless of what they are striving for, and you can expect to be met with curiosity, security and empathy while we explore what you want to change. Daniel has special expertise in self-criticism, emotional work and work with difficult relationships. He has free hours in the evening until 1 September, after this also during the day.

Kristin Aspelund

Kristin specializes in couples and family therapy. She has further training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and ISTDP and accepts both couples and individuals.

Julie Barrie

Julie Barrie

Julie welcomes couples, individuals or families during the day every day + Tuesday evening.

Julie has extensive experience as a psychologist, and has worked for many years in public mental health care and as a psychologist in private practice. Issues she works with are, for example: infidelity/betrayal, intimacy/sexuality, jealousy, anger, shame, loss of closeness, communication challenges, anxiety/restlessness, depression/low mood, burnout, eating problems, trauma etc.
